There comes a point when a beloved pet’s time to pass comes, often unexpectedly. The decision to humanely euthanize a pet is not an easy one. Whether you have an elderly pet who no longer enjoys a good quality of life or something more traumatic has occurred, Green Meadow Veterinary Hospital provides a respectful environment at this stressful and sensitive time. As pet owners, we understand the emotional toll involved. We will do everything we can to give you the peace of mind in knowing their passing is dignified and painless.

We provide several options during this difficult decision. You may be with your pet at the time or leave them in our care, depending on your preference. You are welcome to have your pet’s remains returned for personal burial if you wish, or we can arrange cremation. In memorial, we offer ink nose and paw prints. Additionally, we can create clay paw prints for you to take home. We can help you with any concerns and will make every effort to accommodate your wishes at this very difficult time.
