Following the changes many veterinary hospitals made during the COVID-19 pandemic, much of our patient care and examinations continued to take place in our treatment area rather than in the exam room. While many clients appreciated this approach, others told us they would like more direct interaction with the veterinarian during their visit.

As a result, we are currently evaluating a new appointment workflow that includes more in-room interaction between clients and veterinarians. Our goal is to improve communication, enhance the client experience, and reduce wait times while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.
